Join us at the Salazar-Ajo Library to learn more about Lydia Kennedy and her artwork.  Here is Lydia's Artist Statement for this show: "I am a self-taught artist who comes from a family of artists. Art shaped my perspective of life at a young age, engaging me in an array of mediums and techniques ranging from needlework, to poetry, writing, painting, colored pencil, and charcoal. My art is simple and colorful, just like me. It conveys simplicity and tranquility, yet it is vibrant and lively. I enjoy working with mixed media and creating unique works of art that depict a story while bringing it to life with color. My work has been exhibited in Arizona, California, and online."
